We had a great 5 night stay. Location is excellent and within walking distance to many sites. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice to have the complimentary water, fruit and candy in the lobby. As well having the bar to grab a nice glass of wine after a long day and sit outside was nice. The staff were all very helpful with any questions we had and lots of restaurant recommendations. We did not have the breakfast but it looked like it had plenty of options. Highly recommend staying here, and would return again.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and always pleasant. We could not have wished for a better experience and the location allowed us to walk to everything we visited in downtown. In addition the airport bus drop is a 10 minute walk to the hotel.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Boutique Hotel Das Tigra. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar: absolut zentral im 1. Bezirk, sodass man fast alle großen Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch die Universität bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Trotz der zentralen Lage war das Zimmer unglaublich ruhig und bot eine perfekte Erholung.Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Ein weiteres großes Plus ist das Thema Nachhaltigkeit, das hier spürbar und vorbildlich umgesetzt wird.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Für uns steht fest: Bei unserem nächsten Wien-Besuch werden wir definitiv wieder hier übernachten! Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Hotel consigliatissimo, a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro, ubicato in una tranquilla via di Vienna. Camere pulitissima e servizio giornaliero impeccabile. Colazione a buffet, varia e abbondante. Attenzione e cortesia da parte dello staff.

We spent 4 nights at Hotel Das Tigra and it was absolutely wonderful. We were in Suite 801 which was spacious and most importantly for us, incredibly quiet. We had a balcony overlooking the old buildings in the area. To note, there is an additional 15 steps up after the lift takes you to the top floor to reach Suite 801. Help with our luggage was offered, but if you have mobility problems don't book this suite. Some highlights for us: The bedlinen was of excellent quality and we appreciated the down duvets instead of the nasty synthetic ones which seem to be the norm in most hotels. The room was serviced daily and was spotlessly clean The body products in the bathroom were all plant based and of a high quality. There are large containers attached to the walls per usual but also mini bottles of the same products so you could pop a body lotion in your bag when out and about. Breakfast was excellent and of particular note was the friendliness and efficiency of the staff - nothing was too much trouble. Platters were refreshed before things ran out and tables were cleared as we finished each course and without having to ask. I loved that whatever breads and pastries are left over from breakfast can be found in reception to help yourself if you'd like a snack later in the day - clearly food waste is a consideration here. There is a big tray of apples in reception and not the powdery nasty kind, good quality crunchy apples. There are jars of sweets and help yourself tea and cold water in reception as well. The staff at reception were friendly, professional and helpful. There are lots of magazines on hand and information on what to do in Vienna. Location - you are a 5 minute walk into old Vienna which puts you away from the noise of the city, which was perfect for us. My only criticism was that the wifi is a help yourself mobile hotspot. This means you don't have secure internet and I am convinced the slow speed in the evenings was the local residents helping themselves to das Tigra's internet. I mentioned this as we were leaving and I was offered a secure line - not needed then. I am confident my strong suggestion to add a password for hotel guests only to use the internet will be taken. We highly recommend staying at Boutiques Hotel das Tigra when you are in Vienna.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was quiet, away from the elevator and on the highest floor, exactly as we requested, so thanks to the staff for this! Also the hotel was clean as was the room. The size of the room and bathroom was also more spacious than usual, which was wonderful. The only issue was that the minibar/fridge in the room did not work, hence there was no way to keep drinks cool or purchase anything that needed refrigeration. Since the weather was hot and we were traveling with a child, having a working minibar/fridge would have been very helpful.

Hôtel très agréable avec un personnel souriant. Nous avons aimé la délicate attention lors de notre séjour de la part de l'équipe de l'hôtel. Un petit mot et une boite de chocolats étaient posés sur le lit à l'occasion de notre anniversaire de mariage. Buffet petit déjeuner très copieux et diversifié. Hôtel situé pas loin des sites touristiques et des restaurants. Tout se fait facilement à pieds. Autre chose d'agréable, lorsque vous rentrez d'une bonne journée, vous disposez dans le hall de l'hôtel d'une citronnade fraiche rafraichissante, de fruits ou encore de bonbons gratuitement Je recommande cet hôtel

Very happy with our stay at Hotel Das Tigra. Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable room and good breakfast. Also, we found very good restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The hotel represents an excellent value-for-money option. It is centrally located and offers a good breakfast; however, it does not have the features one would expect from a four-star hotel, but rather those of a boutique hotel. There is never anyone in the lobby who speaks Italian.
